We want you to love your handcrafted sail cloth tote, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all non-customized items. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  After selecting your return reason, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal; a flat return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.

• 3.
  Package Your Bag

  Securely pack your Sea Bags items in their original packaging or a sturdy box, ensuring the printed return slip is included inside the package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Affix the shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, then keep your tracking number until your refund is processed.
