Standard orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. During peak holiday seasons or for custom designs, please allow up to 10 business days for our artisans to craft your items.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer returns and exchanges on unused, non-custom items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that customized or personalized bags are final sale and cannot be returned.
How do I clean my Sea Bag?
Since our bags are made from authentic sailcloth, they are easy to clean. Most can be spot-cleaned with a soft scrub brush and mild soap, or machine washed on a gentle cycle and line dried.
